It’s Identity Day! and for us at the Secure Identity Alliance, that’s not just a hashtag, it’s been 14 years of the job.

Trusted identity doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built — through policy input that shapes the rules, technical standards and tools that make systems actually work together, the implementation work our members carry out every day with governments and enterprises across the globe to make those systems inclusive, secure and trustable, and above all through collaboration, because identity is too important to be built alone.

Almost 14 years in, we’re proud of what that collaboration has produced and even more energized by what’s ahead, from OSIA and SIDI Hub to TIDA‘s work on trust for humans and AI agents alike.
