GENERAL MEETING
The General Meeting consists of the Members (Founding, Full and Associate).
The Chairs of the Advisory Committees of the Working Groups are invited to attend General Meetings, with consulting voice.
Other Affiliated Members may, with the permission of the Chair, attend the General Meeting and address the General Meeting.
BOARD
The Board provides the Secure Identity Alliance’s membership with a stronger voice and sets the direction.
The Board has five members today: CVS Health, IN Groupe, Private Identity, Thales and Veridos.
The Board is chaired by Bernd Kummerle, CEO, Veridos
Nathalie Gosset, VP Identity & Biometric Solutions, Thales serves as Vice-Chair of the Board.
The Chairs of the Advisory Committees of the Working Groups are invited to attend one Board Meeting per year, with consulting voice.
SECRETARY GENERAL
Reporting to the Board, the Secretary General is responsible for the day-to-day management of the SIA.
The Secretary General is supported by an Executive team with responsibility for specific aspects of the Association’s work.
WORKING GROUPS & COLLEGES
Working Groups may be created by the Board on any issue of interest for the Association.
Working Group(s) relating to Industry Services and Solutions constitute the “College 1” of the Association. Working Group(s) relating to Open
Standards Development constitute the “College 2” of the Association.
ADVISORY COMMITTEES
Consists of government and academic Affiliated Members of the SIA.
Advisory Committees meet twice a year minimum to review the progress of Working Groups and provide strategic guidance.
